StrongHER: Women’s Strength Training
Beginning in our 30s, we naturally start to lose muscle mass, and during perimenopause and menopause those changes accelerate. Strength training is one of the most effective ways to build and maintain muscle, support bone health, boost metabolism, improve balance, and help you stay strong for the activities you love.
This 8 week small group program is designed specifically for women ages 35 and older who want to build strength, increase lean muscle, and train with purpose in a supportive environment.
Each 50 minute session follows a progressive strength training plan using foundational movement patterns. You’ll learn proper lifting technique, gradually increase resistance over the course of the program, and gain the confidence to lift weights safely and effectively.
Whether your goal is to feel stronger, improve your body composition, support your long term health, or simply learn how to strength train correctly, this class will give you the knowledge and structure to get there.
This class is perfect for women who want to:
Build strength and lean muscle
Improve body composition and support a healthy metabolism
Increase bone strength and reduce age related bone loss
Improve balance, mobility, and everyday function

No experience is necessary. Every exercise can be modified to match your current fitness level while still helping you progress each week.
